Through close consultation with you, Enedia can assist in deciding implementation timelines and phases and assist in the compilation of breifing documentation to enable the recommendations to be implemented either internally or by engaging third parties.

The format and extent of this component will depend upon the specific nature of the tasks required, (as determined in the preceeding analytical stages), and the degree to which you have the internal technical staff or trusted external suppliers/agencies available. Enedia's mantra is to work WITH client marketing and management personnel to achieve the best outcome. Often this will involve liaising with exisiting third party companies and agencies and at other times will require the sourcing of new suppliers.
